I need to disable knock retard to do some testing (NLS/LC related).

What is the best way? Maybe zero KRFKN out?

I searched quite a bit but couldnĀ“t find the answer.

Thanks a lot

For Misfire recognition and not knock find the appropriate codeword in ram disable while your algo is running and enable it when finished.

My ecu is pulling timing when I use NLS/LC (common issue). I want to disable it totally for a 1/8 mile drag race this weekend.
Is there a codeword for knock recognition?

There is no point disabling it totally, as you can damage your engine, and the car will be slower with it disabled, as you can not advance timing as far.

If you have issues with knock after LC/NLS you need to modify the LC/NLS code to disable knock control when LC/NLS is active and re-enable knock control after LC/NLS has deactivated.
That way you will not have the problem with knock retard during flatshift.
