I end up getting a bdm clone and I have not have any luck with it being able to read a Bosch med 9.1 from a 2006 vw jetta 2.0tfsi dimsports or cmd will see power. Dose some one have the right pin lay out

windows 7-32bit ad 64 bit the 32 bit see the drivers as a map3d mpc555 drivers and windows 64 see it as FGtech


this is the info i get every time is... is the red wire on the cable to be pin 1?

Even though I've heard of people getting it to work on 64 with special drivers, I've never been able to. I would suggest sticking with a 32 bit operating system until you get it working reliably.

I got it to read the bdm100 I out windows 7-32 bit but I still get that same error on Windows 7 -64-32 bit and windows XP 32 bit how do I update the bdm to v1255 I can't seem to get anything to work and my ecu is good it powered and started the car but the immo is on so I can't use it

What type of ecu you trying to read, I have a bdm 100 clone with the bosch adaptor and it isn't the right pen lay out, need to buy there other type that have one space on the needle pogo's

Would be happy to read that damn ecu. If we could just get the pin layout we could solder to the testpoints

I got the BDM to finally work after not trying to play with it for some time, i dumped my first files and made my first immo off file and it worked thank you for all who has helped me over the last year
