It's a narrowband ecu so most likely narrowband mk4 year 2000ish? I'd ditch the narrowband, swap in a wideband ecu and o2 sensor ad a few wires to the large loom plug and run wideband setup. Code out vvt and use a better defined wideband file. Just my opinion

Well I'm going to agree with Marty swtich to wideband, use the HS file and be a happy man.

OK, guys I have WB ECU and sensor already.
What's the easiest way to convert? I have googled already and there are several old topics about conversion, people are playing with resistors on VVT wiring etc... Basically WB sensor wiring is what I need, VVT can be disabled in the ROM file, yes?

Yes vvt can be coded out, the resitors are used when the tuner either cannot or does not remove the vvt
from the ESKNOF. A tune for one of these is alittle more advanced than the normal stage one, as some times maf tables
are different from wide band to narrow band.

Update: I have fitted "wideband type" ME7.5 ECU with 800BB/1MB chip. Immo Off EEPROM which I found in nefmoto was loaded with exe tool in CMD and 06A906032HS file loaded in bootmode. Now I have some problems:
1. Car starts, but only idles, I am not able to make TB alignment;
2. I can't recode ECU, as car is Euro A3 I tried 06A906032HP file, still no success, ECU doesn't accept new coding. Same problem with TB alignment.

What might be wrong? As I understand there is some kind of incompatibility. Huh
