Why does the stock load curve peak at 1850 rpm?  It seems there is always a huge difference in req'd load/boost and actual load/boost until you get well past the peak.  I've tried a few different scenarios and the most boost i've been able to build at 1850 rpm is about 4 psi even though it is always requesting 10+.

This isn't causing me any problem, I just wonder why it is set this way(and if my tune should do the same, which it currently does).

Standard car makes it's peak torque at 1800rpm, so most of your boost should be in by then.

Is there something wrong with my car then?  I've never come close to having most my boost in by 1800 rpm, like I said after trying several different ways the most I've gotten at 1800 rpm is 4 psi, usually i'm lucky to see 2-3.

me7 load =/= boost directly

that said, I find it hard to believe you can't hit close to peak TQ in a high gear by 1800...  remember we're talking about a stock car here, so 7-8 psi max mainly.
