Does anyone know the appropriate line to put in the ECU file to enable rka_w/rka2_w?   not sure what the memory address is and google brings up 3 results and they all point to the link above.

Currently on audi s4 M box

Those are both autodetected by ME7Info for Mbox.

You are right.  The real values to use, rkat2_w and rkat_w were already in my ECU file. Or at least they came closer to the LTFT Idle values of VCDS.

I used fra_w, fra2_w for idle and rkat_w and rkat2_w and these were the values I calculated:

LTFT multi: (fra_w-1) * 100
LTFT2 multi: (fra2_w-1) * 100
LTFT idle:  rkat_w
LTFT2 idle: rkat2_w

Result:
.60 (vcds .60)
.51 (vcds .40)
5.85 (vcds 5.5)
2.53 (vcds 2.3)

Not perfect but close enough.  Probably not a significant difference.
