Hello,

Can someone please help me calibratin new injectors on my car. I have changed stock injectors with S3 225 Hp injectors. Also my car has 4bar FPR and on S3 is 3Bar. So I don`t know how to calculate right KRKTE and TVUB for new injectors. Also would be apreciated if someone can just give me simple calculation for this, so I will learn for next time.

Lose the 4 bar, copy KRKTE and TVUB from an S3 file.

Bigger is better.  Fuel pump doesn't care.

My car has original 4Bars FPR. I tried also to copy KRKTE and TVUB directly to my bin file and the car was hardly start and also fuel correction was totaly off. So if I put bac KRKTE and TVUB to original car starts great, but fuel correction in VCDS is about -25% on stock factors. So I would like to get this fixed, because I can`t do shit on this car before fixing this.

TVUB will match the injectors, so set that and forget it. Since you have a larger FPR, decrease KRKTE until fuel trims are legit.

This is 100% false. TVUB changes with fuel pressure. The manufacturer latency specs come with nominal numbers at a given pressure, and a conversion factor (sometimes several) to adjust for fuel pressure.

Forgot about the 4 bar again. Nyet is correct! Thanks for the correction.

Ok so can anybody tell me how can I calculate KRKTE and TVUB. I know that KRKTE should be smaller value than now and also TVUB is changing on smaller values.

This isn't something you need to "log".  Just take single reading after a so driving around for a bit.

At the end of your log, partial adaptations were at -18%.  Start by decreasing KRKTE by 18%.  It's really that easy.

Think people need to stop and take a look at the original post!

Telling someone to ditch the 4bar on an Audi A4 with it's fixed 4 bar fuel filter isn't going to help.

I've run s3 injectors on my a4 without to many issues, using the TVUB from the S3 and IIRC a KRKTE of about 0.70 but again as suggested look at the trims and see what's happening..

Also these injectors, because of the non return fuel system will only see you upto 240bhp before they max out
