I would like to add more files to my post but seems that I don't have full editing rights.

Are you still having a problem editing attachments? All of the forum settings appear to be correct...

When you make a post, where it says "Reply with Quote", you'll see a "Modify" button next to it. Click that and you'll be able to add attachments.
