Hi, car is S4 B5. Car using VEMS ecu, so VCDS shows some DTC's on scanning cluster. ABS, ESP, Airbag, Check engine and maybe other ones which i don't remember right now...

To disable thoses errors can i use guide provided on this forum section? Or should use another method(which one?)?
Disabling those errors, how it's gonna "act"? Normally on cluster right now seeing errors lights, disabling them will "cure" this thing?

1) VEMS is not the stock ECU
2) Those DTCs aren't in the ECU

Afcourse it's not stock ECU, that's why i mentioned...

So it means DTC stored in cluster, so the DTC tables diffirent then those provided here?

It means there is nothing you can do to disable the DTC detection unless you are extremely talented.

There is no documented way of modifying cluster code.

Write what errors you have in cluster , what type of cluster like part number.

If you want to get rid of the abs/esp error lights - you pull out the pin responsible for it from the cluster connector and connect ground to this cluster pin
