anyone top out a stock fuel rail on a b5 s4?
« on: November 19, 2011, 03:13:13 PM »
I'm currently doing some 600-800 whp e85 s4's... one car i know is topping out the single fuel pump, the other car is not even close. both cars display same fuel starved symptoms at or above 600whp.
i believe i have hit the flow limit on the stock fuel rail.
no real dyno numbers yet but they both run around 2.3 to 2.4 fats and 0.7g accel as of right now.
i think i remember reading that regular e-10 tops out at 800whp on the stock fuel rail, does anyone know for sure?

just found a build thread on az where a guy did 650whp on a mustang dyno on e85 with stock rail... gonna have the guy recheck fuel pumps for proper flow.
fats were 2.37 but no o2 voltage posted though :/

What are the symptoms you're seeing? AFR's leaning out but injector PW/DC still increasing?
