Where to buy AM29F800BB-70SE?
« on: November 19, 2011, 04:09:07 PM »
Where do you guys buy your chips from?
Is the only option to request a quote from one of the china ic sites?
Progshop.com quoted me >$50 shipping on three chips.
Any better options?

There are lots on Ebay which if you just need a few it's probably as good a place as any.

Thanks guys. Just ordered a few from E-bay.
Can anyone explain the significance of the part number suffix? Specifically the last two letters, most sellers had 70SD's.
