Hello Guys!
thanks in Advance for your great forum!

on my 47Z907551N ecu the me7logger seems to be not working.

at first, creating the ecu file it finds definitions and entries,
after creating a log definition it finds all definitions either.
the file is in the ecu-folder.

editing the config file for logging the wanted parts, it starts the logging but timeouts in the car.

the com error is ok, im not on the car right now. but with the VCDS Cable in FrankensteinMode it will try to recieve logging, but runs in timeout,
same wit that simple kkl vag 409 cable.

does anybody can tell me the reason?

may i have to name the file "ecu.bin"?

thankyou very much!

i will try change some rights for the folder.

Big Thanks!

Use VisualME7Logger.

The apears to be that COM port is incorrect.

Check in Device Manager the port assigned to the attached cable.

The problem is wrong port or the port is being used by something else, as simple as that.
