Hi!

What is the proper value of KRKTE for bosch green 440cc injectors?

S4 have 4bar fuel pressure regulator...

440cc@3bar ~ 508cc@4bar Huh

...from s4 wiki - 34.125 / 508 = 0,067

Amiright? Smiley

Any others maps need to change for first start on new injectors?

THX!

How to check that everything is ok now?
Observe STFT & LTFT or use a wideband sensor?

EGT is now lower on high gears...

Cant comment on the history or proposed TVUB above, but having run Bosch Green 440cc (0 280 155 968) on 2.7t at 4bar, I can offer some suggested values to get you started.

They are a great injector, but notoriously non linear. FKKVS will absolutely need some work, particularly in low rpm/pulse width areas.

They're also terribly undersized for anything but stock K03s, in case it wasn't obvious.
