Look at the airctl mon module, it contains the hysteresis maps. Set those to zero.
If your valve is electrically faulty, you will need to kill the diagnosis, that is more involved.

OK thanks, looks to be a lot of hysteresis maps in the airctl modal. Any particular ones. Egr is not jumping out at me

Send me your file and some PayPal and I will do it for you if you want.

Sorry, but I literally pointed your nose to it, if you can't do it you will have to pay Tongue

Yup, that's the IQ hysteresis maps, same as almost every every other EDC16.

But this won't help you if your EGR valve has an electric defect, as CEL will be on, and some ECU's will be in limp mode.
Closing it via hysteresis works if the EGR hardware is working or if the error is "insufficient flow" due to blockage of the EGR cooler.

So the Dtc class table is 16hex with represented p0000 number, the issue I have is finding the represented dtc switch index number. Dtc address -dtc class table start address  /8 = index number. Mil table 8bit+ index number should be the Mil switch. Or disable the dtc entirely Erlpcd-swtmilena-c dpf switch is Pflt-swtena-c

Fixed. Mpps v13 didn't read the file correctly. And bricked it, ecu not found. Copied the code block into a ford fusion file with the same software ,gelleto recovered it. Attached file from fusion 38007
