This was an issue I ran into with cracked 7.2** something or another. Try 1.500. I have not found any problems thus far although it does lag sometimes. Or tunerpro... I would love to buy WinOLS, but I'm not rich , maybe one day...

There is seldom a real need for a full version of WinOLS as you can change what you want to change in your file in the "demo version" and then just "copy and paste" the changes (found in the "text window" of the WinOLS working space) into any freeware HEX-editor where you have the stock file (overwriting the stock values for any given area) and thereby acheive basically the "same thing" as working with a full version of WinOLS. It just takes an extra minute to copy the changes into the right positions in your file in the HEX-editor. No big deal, and with time you get quite used to it.

Most people prefer a full version WinOLS for it's ability to correct checksums.

but then you also need the checksum plugin... that costs too unless you know how to go around that Anyway, I tried 1.5000 version off tubes but can't get it to work. Any tips here? Thanks.
