Hi

I am fighting with 1.8t BEX with hybrid turbo. Actually it runs quite good, but there is something more to make it better IMO, but I'm not sure how.

I attach charts of requested and actual boost.

As you can see there is boost oscilation near 3k RPM. There was big overshoot and after eliminating it by modifing KFLDRL and KFLDIMX oscilation appeared. Any bigger steps in this direction make oscilation even bigger or kills "kickin" effect.

I would like to know is there chance to save this nice spool without so big oscilations. Is it moment where I should try to play with KFLDRQ2?

Second question is about rising boost near revlimit. Why it rises altought I reduced LDRXN in this area?

Regards

EDIT: Found a topic where author got advices to make req load stable during spool- I was thinking in totally opposite way, will try tomorrow to test it.

I think problem is solved.

Load on target level from about 2000RPM, another few hours spent on DIMX and DRL tuning and boost is almost perfect IMO.
