ive looked and looked and looked but cant seem to find the answer i need. im curious if the bin file from an HS will be compatible with an NK ecu. i suppose i could open them up and check to see if the hardware is the same but figured someone might know. i would tune the NK but i cant seem to find if the NK will even run my car even though both ecus are from an AWP 5 speed car. one being a 2002 and the other a 2004.

any help would be appreciated...tia

Thanks funnix. im not questioning you on your answer but how do you conclude that they are compatible? i saw that list somewhere but 06a906032HS was part of VAG102 i believe and 06a906032nk was part of VAG115. i figured only ecus under the same vag group were compatible but i also read that like HS and LP were compatible but werent under the same VAG group.....

If you want to know more about crossflashing ...032NK with ...032HS you have to test it yourself.

Sometimes it's possible to flash files of other VAG Groups.
