This ecu wont start my car. It flashes. In car or out. Boot mode galletto or regular flash with nef. Nothing seems to make this ecu want to start my car. any ideas? Maybe I missed something. Have ft232r and gellatto cable. Both do their job. Ecu just wont start the car. One thing it may be is that i cant seem to clear all the faults but i though a full write flash takes care of those? Another confusion is galletto things the ecu has a 29f800bt but i opened her up to do boot mode and it shows 29f800bb. I'ts a genuine mbox 0001 so im wondering if previous owner flashed an incorrect file. What should i do?

If it is flash related DTC, there is obviously something wrong with your flash.

I read through all your posts and I think you're getting confused.  You've bought some random ECUs, flashed random files, trying to use a GIAC tune as a reference, bootmode procedure doesn't sound correct.

Buy an original ECU and get it correctly adapted and the car running.  Then read the Stage 1 community thread.

Can you use VCDS to scan them so they're properly decoded?
