Flash 4B0907551M on 4B0907551N ecu

Is it possible to flash a 4B0907551M file on a 4B0907551N ecu. The file of the 4B0907551M ecu is already tuned and tested in a car with the same enginecode. Only thing different is that the 4B0907551N car is an automatic and no stick shift. Can I break something if I just try?
