Helllo :-)

first of all I want to thank everyone for taking the time to answer all the questions and write all the helpful FAQs  Smiley

But I have another question  and I could not find the answer with the search function.

I do not know if you guys know VAG Can Professional
https://www.k-electronic-shop.de/AUDI/AUDI-A1/AUDI-A1-8X/VCP-VAG-Can-Professional-Diagnose-Interface-v2-0.html

I have a genuine Ross Tech cable for VCDS. Is it possible to use the cable in dumb mode with VAG Can Pro software?
I want to change the settings for Adaptive Air Suspension in my Audi A7. I know I can do that also with VCDS. The main difference here is, that i must measure all wheels and do this on flat ground. VCDS has also limits regarding lowering the Air Suspension.
With VCP (this is the short name of VAG Can Pro) I could directly set the desired height and I also can configure this for every driving mode independently (comfort, dynamic, ...).

Here is the description from the website:
Quote
WABCO Programmer

Sorry for the german description, I will translate the important points:
The WABCO programming addon is a tool for configuring Audi AAS. You can change the suspension height directly in EEPROM without  executing a basic adjustment for the suspension. It is also possible configure each modes (dynamic, comfort, lift) indendently and depending on vehicle velocity.

Thats all, if you know another software which could do the same this would make me happy too :-) I do not know another possibility :-(

No, you have to buy the interface.
That said, it's very cheap for what it is.

Yea maybe but VCDS covers most of the functionality and it is very expensive to pay 300 euros only for coding AAS :-)

@aef
yes thanks i thought it would be possible because i want to have it myself. I do not want to ask other people all the time :-)

So well, then i will buy the interface. Not best whay to spend 300 euros but if there is no other solution for that ...  Sad

VCP will not work for A6/A7 modell 4G! It´s only working for A6 4F, A8 4E, Q7 4L and Toureg 7L. For Wabco and some older Conti modules.

Anyway if you want to go flat just change coupling rods or install expensive piggyback module. With manipulating basic setting you can only achieve 15mm. And take care that you go down equally front and rear axle or you will get errors from camera, acc, etc...
