Hi there,

I'm not sure if its the right section for this question.

But i try do to some checksums on mod R32 files with ME7.x Correction, but what i see is that Audi A3 R32 file's work with this, but then the same engine in Golf 5 R32 dont work ? See att..

ME7Check dont work with both, only ME7.5

Someone knows why ?

WinOls 2.24 dont have chks correction for this ecu's

Or another good tool for this R32 ME7.1.1 ?

Thanks.

1) Why did you post this in the cluster/immo section?
2) Why did you not read any of the stickies, which specifically mention ME7Sum?
3) Why did you not post any binaries?
4) Why did you not mention the ECU in the subject?

Finally, if ME7Check can't find the ECU ID, you likely have a bad file.

I read the whole day, a lot of posts, downloading a lot of different versions but nothing thats helping me.

Thats why i start new thread.

I do a lot of ecu's, wiringlooms plug and play for VAG, DTC NOX EGR DPF off etc, but the only thing here is checksums for Me7.1.1, specially for R32 MK5 with Me7.1.1

The file i post is not bad, but oke, look in att for the 032KG ( Golf 5 R32 ) that wont work with your progs.

Today i even read a Eos R32 BUB ecu, this also not working. The 032LG is readed with Ktag btw.

what I found out the other day is that the tunerpro checksum plug-in is free for a single user hobbyist.  you need to register with them to download the key file.

Why not use ME7Sum?

I don't think me7sum works with the ST10 versions of ME7. Looking into it now.

Thx for helping AEF.

But i post here 2 different file's, the 032KG and 032LG

I need a plugin for winols or other tool to do it myself, because i build a lot of engine wiringlooms for Golf 1 / 2 with this R32 engine, and need to delete some dtc's after the engine is running, but sometimes i need to do it more then one's, and then i dont have enough time to wait.. Kess and EU Ktag dont correct it.

With ME7Check and ME7Correction no luck.

Other guy have tryed with Winols 1.5 and with 032LG with succes, he will try the 032KG file also.

I have Winols 2.24

Why not use ME7Sum?

I could never get the compiler build to complete - issues and alterations to some of the files,  I have Windows 10 and 64 bit version of Visual Studio 15 maybe that was the issue?  but as I use tunerpro at the moment and the plug-in automatically runs on save thats okay for my fiddling on.
