I can go RON 98 but as I wrote in my first post, I have flashed my tuned file into similar car from my friend. Its also AUQ with FMIC(smaller than my)and downpipe . The other car is not retarding ignition.

I'm in europe.

What spark plugs do you have fitted?
Just incase some muppet has fitted non resistor type spark plugs and it's screwing everything up

Is your crank to cam and cam to cam timing correct? Any correlation error codes?  It's also possible that your head has been skimmed sometime during its life under prior ownership.

I have no codes for camshaft timing issues.
once there was a code camshaft sensor G(don't remember anymore) I have deleted the code.  Although it did not came back I have changed that part.  Never showed up again.

If the car has ever overheated, standard procedure is to skim (machine the surface of) the head to ensure a perfectly level surface. If it's been overskimmed (too much material removed) your compression ratio will increase, as will the tendency of the motor to ping.

Oh I see, No this procedure never has been done. I got this car with 100 000 km from a dealer with history.

What condition is the exhaust system in ?? factory ?  The catalytic converter could be clogged . What size is the exhaust pipe ? The exhaust system could be too restrictive for the fuel octane . If you are going to tune the engine you MUST use the highest octane you can get.

Exhaust system is not factory, a 3 inch downpipe is installed so the catalytic converter is removed.

I will lower the boost and try with highest octane I can get = 98 octane.
