Hi all i have a seat leon 225 BAM, all stock except forge 007.
i have tuned it myself, 1.53 bar lambdas 0.95 on low rpm and over 0,85 on high rpm and over 0,80 on red line.
my mass flow only read 190 g/s on 6000 rpm and then drop to 187 on rev limit, which dividide by 0.8 give 235 hp
I have see on lot of pro tuner website that the promise 260 hp, could be that possible?
I am running very close to the ecu boost limit, not very rich lambdas and with 2 3 degrees timing retard on high rpm.
maybe i am doing something wrong.
here i let you my remap:

Could be just an under reading MAF or a leak somewhere?
Where's the logs?

1. power cannot be calculated via maf readings only 2. peak boost absolutely irrelevant to max power / max maf readings.

Check all the hoses connected to the turbo inlet pipe, if one is split or disconnected, air could be bypassing the MAF. Can you log blocks 003 020 115 in 3rd gear from 2000rpm to limiter.

Hi all thanks!! problem is that i bought the car with a previous remap, car felt faster than now especially on 6th gear on highway when you push full pedal on medium rpm. But i had some limp modes and engine jerking a little bit on full throtlle, which is normal because kfmirl and kfmiop where not good and the maps touched where only kfmirl kfmiop ldrxn (up to 250) and a flat KFDLULS. Some pictures of the previous remap: With than remap mass air flow read 195 g/s (i have tried to write again that map and car read again 195 g/s) on logs with that remap turbo blows over 2550 mbar or i guess so on logs i see 2550mbar. with my own remap car is smoother and with out limp modes, but more slow...

Boost too low at 6k Check leaks and actuator etc.
Get the timing angle in the logs you want 16deg+ at 6k
Go richer at 6k

hello I also have a lion bam 225, and I'm also making my adjustments, so far it "feels" pretty well, with records of vagcom I have a maf reading of 205gs lambda to 0.750 advance 6 or 7 my problem that lowers the pressure of turbo to high rpm like that "falls"
