Hi guys,

a friend with an opel corsa OPC 2008 came to me to try to tune his vehicle. We have a strong knowledge on motorsport (WRC) and standalone but low experince on how to search for maps on Winols etc

Vehicle is fitted with motronic ME 7.6.3

HW: 0261208985
SW: 1037384260
VIN nr.: W0L0SDL0894194261
SW ver.: Z16LER
Spare:
Engine:
HW Ver.:
SW upg.: 53080204

Hardware installation:
injectors: siemens deca 830cc/min
fuel pump: aem 320 lph
compression ratio: 8.9:1
forged pistons and forged rods, engine displacement 1870cc
tourbo: master power twin scroll MPR6559-T3TS  (http://masterpower.eu/turbo/mpr6559-t3ts)
if possible we want it mafless or else suggest something

Now, I am uploading my original file and .ols+a2l file from an opel astra

When I link the files I can see that there are plenty of similar maps. The problem is that I have studied s4wiki and you have to search for ids (special keywords) in order to understand if the map refers to fuel, boost, load etc (sorry if that is not correct but that's what I have realized so far).

The .ols + .a2l that was sent to me includes 3500 maps but lack of ids (only German descriptions) so it is not possible to search for  ldrxn kfmirl, lamfa bts maps, nmax etc in the the a2l file cause they doesnt exist.

Can anyone help me identify maps on my original or if there is another way to search maps and add them in Winols (like TunerPro definition or something like that).

Sorry for silly questions but I try to figure out how this works. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

The a2l does not look complete at first glance. NMAX is @ A60F2, though.

I agree,

a2l doesnt look right for me as well (and I am a total novice in stock ECU tuning). Any guidance? I study s4wiki but a lot of the definitios (ids) are missing and can't really understand how to figure out the correct maps. It needs a lot of training and studying I know that

I didn't spend a lot of time looking, but the maps that are there look right, it's just missing a little less than half of them. You would want to find a fully defined binary that's close to yours to use as comparison. That should allow you to find the missing maps.
