Some thoughts on editing and contributing to the Nefmoto wiki:

0. Combating the corruption by bots has been stymied by the neat little question to be answered before posting. Thanks for sorting that Tony.

1. Is it worth having a separate forum section where all aspects of the Wiki can be discussed from low level stuff like "I've just broken or undone something by mistake, please can somebody fix it" to high level, conceptual chin-scratching issues like future content, layout and contributions...?

2. I'm not very good at editing the format and layout (in terms of headers, indents, all that funky stuff). Please could someone who is have a look at it and re-jig it after my changes.

3. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but if I make a format change (even just to correct a typo in the section title), I lose all the information in the section. Is this supposed to happen? For example, today I corrected "ME9" to "MED9" in the section title so to avoid losing the content of each section, I had to copy the content out, edit the title and then paste the content back again. Surely that's not right?

Customizing the forum and wiki to prevent spam is never ending... Roll Eyes

Just let me know if there are any changes you would like with how the wiki is configured, and I will do my best to get it sorted.

I've made a change to the wiki config to allow for file attachments from registered users. You should now see a new Upload File link on the left in your Tool Box area when you are logged in.

Tony,
You know we're limited to images, right?

I just left the default file attachment filter setup, which I guess only allows images.

What files did you want to attach on the wiki?
