In the last couple nights ive managed to do an immobilizer defeat and flash a new file on my 4Z7907551K box.  In the new flash I had set CATR, CDATS, and CDATR all to 0.  When testing it I threw the codes:

17861 - P1453 - Exhaust Gas Temp Sensor 1 Open
17865 - P1457 - Exhaust Gas Temp Sensor 2 Open

The previous owner had poorly spliced the wires together to run off just one sensor.  I cleaned up the wiring and disconnected them altogether.  Ive been using the 8D0907551M stock file and DDillingers xdf to find maps, as the K-Box runs M software. 
Map ----> MBox ----> KBox
CATR---> 192CA ---> 1931A
CDATR-> 18196 ---> 18196
CDATS-> 18197 ---> 18197

Am I missing something?
