Hi guys,

Can't seem to figure this out, I am trying to get my throttle to open to 100% but it just does not want to play ball.
It's a 1.8T with a GTX30 so every little help in spooling helps.
I'm running the 5120 hack for a few months and everything else is behaving as it should.
KFWDKSMX is set to 100% across the map, and I have filled in KFVPDKD/E based on a 0%WGDC pull, but in any case anything above PR 1.96 is set to 1 and requested pressure ratio vpssplg_w is always above 2.
The log shows vpssplg_w > 2 for every point but vpsspls_w is 0.95 until 5k RPM.

Any ideas? Anything else I can log to help diagnose?

FML, looks like I had the axis swapped somewhere along the line, I have re-defined it from scratch using BAM Winols file and the log files makes sense now -  my KFVPDKSD is completely wrong.

The map simply tells the ECU for each pressure ratio whether it should control filling through N75 or through throttle.
Filling it is done by doing a 0% DC pull with a hot manifold and logging the highest boost the car is able to attain.
Add 0.1 bar to that for good measure and then fill in the table so that the values are <0.95 for the zones where the axis pressure is below spring boost and >0.95 where the axis pressure is above spring boost.

Of course that requires a correct definition of the map. If your defs are wrong all kind of messed up stuff is going to happen.

Do you copy KFVPDKSD to KFVPDKSE?

In Volvos they’re identical from factory for example.

In my original bin KFVPDKSD was identical to KFVPDKSE, so that's how I've left it.
What I haven't figured out yet is what the difference is between for example 0.96, 0.98 and 1. Does this map the throttle angle in the region between WDKUGDN and 100%?

Which part? I have sorted KFVPDKSD/E issue, which was bad definition in my XDF (swapped axes).
I haven't figured out the part about the difference between 0.96, 098 etc. but my throttle does open to 100% on WOT.
