Pcr2.1 eep - How i can know if the eeprom is locked or unlocked ?

Hello everyone
Working on pcr 2.1 eeprom ... informations about all data & checksum
i've some information about the eeprom blocks & algo to unlock it ( 24A to 250 )
How i can know if the eeprom is locked or unlocked ?
i'm trying a lot of tests and comparing without results

VCDS measuring blocks has info about this AFAIK

wich block and ecu ?
is i can detect from only the eeprom file

vcds measuring value ecu_type -> sample or production ;-)
