dose anyone know if there is a difference in a med 9.1 file for a mk5 jetta 1k 2.0 TFSI to a mk5 golf 1k 2.0 TFSI

Well I have a eeprom that is sw 7115B 376240 witch to me looks like it matches flash file 7115B 376240 sw0010 and the file I was running was 7115B sw0040 on the eeprom of 376240 but I am getting high fuel trims I can't find no leaks and wanted to know if it was the flash not matching the eeprom file on my ecu.
