2.0TFSI 1K0907115B S0010 eeprom issus

I have a eeprom that matched the flash file of 1K0907115B sw0010 I used eeprom v2.1.1 to immo off the eeprom file and use bdm to flash both eeprom and. Bin to the ecu and then try to start the car and it says it immo actived. Top window is the eeprom file I am immo offing and the bottom window is the flash part from what I know it's the ori saved as .bin and not .ori

I have not had any luck with this file or immo the eeprom for some reason
