Actual AFR going lean with higher rpm while desired AFR is slowly decreasing.
Yet injector duty cycle remains low at 30% and not going up.
See attached log.

Why is ECU not increasing duty cycle to bring actual and desired AFR in line?

B6 1.8T 550cc Bosch EV14, S4 MAF. 518AF ECU.

If not enough fuel gets to the engine, why is ECU not 'trying' to compensate by cranking up the injector duty cycle?

Maybe you reach the 25% fuel adaptation limitation

search for min 0.75 max 1.25 value.. i don't remember the exact map name of those in def file. but that won't fix your problem.

I agree with jimmcgee5 either a clogged fuel filter or pump issue.
