Vagtacho works direct k-line (different speeds, different int words) , also supports most of CAN based tachos.
So most of these tools are chiniese clone and they work strange, i have 'commander' and it was awful to work with. Sometimes read, sometimes won't , sometimes read bunch of s..t.
K-Commander life ends up in the garbage bin!
Two months ago, i get a china clone vagTacho5.5 (for 21 bucks) and works like a charm. reads pin (about 20 seconds), program keys, nice and fine.

hello, code 4315 does not work,
I found with tacho 1665 but does not work either, with v 0, v1, v2, 68hc912dg128 = same code 1665
