So im 1000% new to tuning and have stumbled upon this community. Im wondering exactly how this works and how one even flashes the computer. If you could let me know that would be great. I have done some reading about bricked computers and f*** that so I really dont wanna mess anything up. Thank you im advance!

Im looking into a stage 1 tune on my audi. I have read a little on how to do this but an still a little lost. What do i need to know before flashing the esu. And where would i find a reliable tune. Thanks you and if anyone is willing to walk me through step by step i would extremely  appreciate it.
