Hello, i have a question for you  Undecided

Car fully tuned, with GTX3071 Gen2, at 2.3-2.4bar ... was going perfectly...till turbo broke.

Changed the turbo with a GTX3076 Gen2 ...now the car with the same ECU as before, also at lesser pressure... have the EGT raised...for example in a pull from 3-4-5 ... EGT till 960-980.
The car has meth + 100.

Logs are perfect but i don't understand what could be the problem for high egt.

Any suggest?

Do you think i need to increase ignition timing?  KFZW and KFZW2 in this case?

How can i check if it's still low? Only trying aggressive ignition timing?

With probe at the Exhaust manifold... not downpipe.

After a pull 3-4-5 960-970 and higher if continue in wot...and 946 at 1.9bar...

How's IAT looking?
Verified WMI operational?
Tried making the request a tad richer? If yes - how do temps look then?

Probably more EMP for same boost.
More burnt mixture stays in cilinder.
Maybe valvesprings bit weak for this EMP.
Measure EMP can help you.

All exhaust system is 76mm at the moment... he will upgrage to 80mm or 90mm asap.

- IAT is around 10°-17° more degrees of ambient temperature...for example this night was 14° outside, the highest temperature was 31° IAT after a pull in 4-5-6... It's good.
- Yes WMI is ok
- Yes i've tried to enrich the request now is over 7500rpm 0.78-0.79

Yesterday night i' ve tried to advance ignition timing of 1°-1,5° over 6000rpm, i've tried a different phases and a richer mixture over 7000.

The car seems to go better...and i think i can try to advance more KW to see if really the EGT are going better.

This is a pull of 4-5-6 till 290 Km/h ... we have notice the increase of EGT while we try to finish the 5th gear....from 7000rpm to 7500rpm and then after changing gear they come back to a reasonable value.

Take a look.

P.s. there's a mistake in rail pressure...i don't know why at the moment it's only 165 and not more 175 like a request... maybe the LPFP is passing away Smiley

try add some more timing especially above 6000rpm and your egt will go even lower .

Nice clean logs !
