Hi I bought a Cupra R AYP Engine with stock 156hp. I opened the map and all maps have VERY low values if you compare them to normal AUM/AUQ or other 1.8T engines. Basically lamfa is all 1.1, timing is 9 degrees at max load/max rpm, KFLDIMX tapers down to 30% and its just so wrong! I used 2-3 map packs and the definitions are all correct. So I converted the maps to what they should look like in other 1.8T files and started from there. I did a test drive, boost actual and requested are both 0.7bar max tapering down to 0.5.

Why isn't requested higher? These are my changes. Photos and csv attached.

Extra: The DV doesn't look to be in good shape. However a bad DV doesn't give low boost request. It just doesn't meet it.

You are quite hard to follow here...
First up, the comment of "kfldimx doesnt make sense so look, I fixed it"... that is not the way to approach a stock file. If it does not make sense, you are more likely to havent defined it right. It is a calibration map, so it will be matched to your specific engine setup.
Second, if you change stuff and nothing happens... well then you are not editing the right maps!

1) Stop using VCDS, it is shit.
2) There are other load caps; if it's not following RXN, you've editted the wrong map or there's another load cap.
3) You have a leak.

Checked with 3 definitions the maps are correct. If theres a leak then actual is lower than requested. In my case requsted is 0.7 tapering to 0.4. And yes I do know what Im editing. Sorry about vcds didnt have my me7logger setup.

Yes indeed, I checked Kfldimx in both 032 and 032aa k03 files. The duty cycle goes from 95% to 30% instead of ramping up towards redline like in all other 1.8T k03 cars, in BOTH stock files. So what do I do? Fix the map so it looks like a proper k03 I limit map. Adjusted ldrxn accordingly and result: nothing. I repeat: definition is correct, triple checked with other defs. Kfzw is also super low at 9 degrees... i even got a remapped file from my friends cupra and his maps have also been corrected by the previous tuner... maybe im in soft limp mode? Will change dv to forge also n75 etc then see if it fixes.

Why are you touching IMX without a proper log of ANY of the LDR PID variables?
