Hi all, I’m in the process of converting my 1.8t ajq from ko3s (originally ko3) to k04 and the ecu from narrowband to wideband I have wired in my 02 sensor plug to the 4 existing wires and added 2 wires to the relevant pins on the ecu. However I cannot find anywhere the pin locations to wire in the egt sensor or the vvt solenoid. If anyone knows the locations or has a full pinout I would be much appreciated.

In september 2017 I made the wideband convertion in my car too, same thing, 2 more wires for O2 wideband sensor, changed the MAF sensor (from final D to L), and its perfect.
I wanna install VVT too, but I didnt find an schematic yet Sad.

im not the greatest with wiring diagrams but from what i think i can read on page 6 of the bam pdf the egt is pin 1 on plug to pin 61 on ecu then the next bit slightly confuses me is it pin 2 on plug to pin 91 then pin 3 on plug to pin 109 on ecu? i understand that vvt is pin 1 goes to the 15a wire in the dash harness and pin 2 goes to pin 115 in the ecu. any help to simplify the location i need to trace the wire to would be great as i am creating a proper me7.5 dbw narrowband to wideband guide with all the pinout and wiring locations for 02 harness, vvt and egt, what hardware needs changing etc. i would be happy to post the guide up on here afterwards for people to scrutinize lol. Many thanks again.

N205 (VVT actuator) pin 2 is straight forward. Goes to pin 115 on the ECU's 121-pin connector.
But I didn't understand pin 1. It goes to D102, then to 185 (what is this 185 wtf).

Revival i am sorry but this kinda information i cant seem to find

Ive pretty much done this conversion I think from APY to BAM
rewired wide band and installed 2 pins also added the post cat lambda plugs to the narrow band loom. i also had to switch round 2 wires black and a green wire for lambdas.

Now i am using a BAM engine loom complete
Do i need to wire anything for VVT on the other loom i am modifying? or am i good as it is? Realised i need to splice into the wires for N75/N249 for power and on BAM ecu pin#115

EGT

Now I know i can splice into power steering pump pressure switch wire for the one wire. also locate any other blue/yellow wire for the other wire.
The signal wire pin#61 on BAM/wide band ecu. Which is all good but and its a big but imho
pin #61 on narrow band ecu has a wire which leads to this J293 - Control unit for radiator fan (00831) on the AJQ APP Wiring diagram and on the S3 APY diagram it is pin #61 J293 - Radiator fan control unit it is marked with a * and adds that only fitted to cars with Air con. it goes back into the interior harness and i guess comes back out to the J293??

Now i cannot figure out where on a BAM ecu this would potentially fit? Do i need it and/or can i just un pin it and pin in the EGT signal wire?
Any help would be great

Think i have answered my own question with the help of the BAM diagram posted previously.

Move the pin from #61 (APY) loom to Pin #41 on BAM ecu plug should still give control of aircon fans etc. I will test this out as there was no mention of it the same way on the AMK ecu diagram

If in the meantime someone tells me im wrong then ill re look, but ill go test and check
