6K0 906 032AA memory layout?

Hello im looking for what memory layout i should use to read my ecu?
I am still got a way to go before making my own file but i have downloaded all the software i need and read the whole s4wiki a couple of times i got flash definition file but cant seem to find info about memory layout.
If i posted this in wrong section of forum im sorry, i just want to look at the maps and try to see if i find the adresses that needs changing.

ME7.5 so it will be a 1 meg file , so 800 .

thanks for your help, i tried but it only gets to 3% when it say reading failed, i will read some more before attempting again.
I use an oem vag com hex-net cable and it reads ecu info and dtc fine so its probably something im doing wrong, back to the drawing board lol

Tried again and got to 10% but get fault again, do i have to put something in the flash file input?.
I get No respons recevied for the tester image what does that mean?

Think i will try bootmode tomorow, i have a 25amp stable 12v power supply and kit to connect the wires in ECU and cable.
I think i will change computer i have a old lenovo thinkpad with Windows 7 i think is better for software.
Im ordering a ko3 hybrid today and ev14 injectors latet just have to find out how man cc i need.
