Hi,
I've tried to tune my 1.8t Octavia(AUQ). The current config seems ok, but at the log file there are some not so nice curves. The boost is nearly what I want(max 1.3 bar) @4000 the actual boost is higher a little than desired boost. The strange curve for me the load. @4300 it falls down. Does this happen because of the higher boost? I've uploaded the log, ldrxn, kfmirl, kfmiop.

You must play with N75 pilot maps to make it ideal. Try make log on 5th gear.

LOL. No. You've maxed out your turbos. What did you expect? Load will fall off quickly if boost drops while rpm is rising.

ME7 does not have N75 pilot natively, it's not EDC15. It has an I limiter.

Too much boost. In my opinion you have too high temp around 1000C. Ecu doing mixture too rich and reducing load/boost to prevent damage your engine/kat. Lower timing, lower boost or add more fuel earlier to reduce exhaust temp. Do you have catalityc converter? Ori maf (you are near max)?

Yes I have catalyc converter. I have 60mm inner size downpipe between turbo and cat. Maf is ori.

I don't understand the sentence. I cannot see boost drops before the load fall. Or the problem is that the turbo cannot reach the desired boost in time?

Load follows boost, which is maxed out. Unless you are talking about those little load ripples, which you can likely ignore, unless you are feeling misfires or hesitation there.

Thank you very much. I don't feel any hesitation when I drive the car. Just checking the log and it shows that the load has some little ripples and paralell the lambda go up and down, but the required ratio is still the same. What can I check? Spark plugs are new.

I did some modifications. I still have this load ripples. The strange thing for me that every run this ripple is between 4250 és 4800rpm. Could it be because of misfire?

Likely cam changeover. Log VVT if you want to be sure.
