Long coding for feature tweaks?

I've been reading of some of the ECO data tweaks using VCDS to address
Central Conv. Group 46. Will NefMoto allow the same single bit long coding
and feature display? I'd like to roll down windows with unlock FOB.

I believe all of those features are only available with the KWP 1281 protocol.
The NefMoto software currently only speaks the KWP 2000 protocol.
