Hello,
I have similar setup meaning :
- AUM stock engine
- K04-023 turbo
- 4 bar fpr
- walbro aditional fuel pump (because I understand that fuel pumps are usually worn and make life harder)

Target : stage 1 to get the most out of this setup.

I have done the following :
- modified LAMFA from 3000 rpm last 2 columns from 1.0001 (14.7) to 0.85 (12.5)
- LDRXN modified to maximum 187@5000rpm (I got values from a stock s4 but lowered down a bit and also tapered to the end of rpm,as I understand k04 has flow limitations)
- rescaled KFMIOP - here is where I'm not sure I did good. I was thinking if I request higher values in LDRXN that I must scale this map in order for that boost to happen ? I basically replaced 15% row with 19%, and then I have last column for 191, which I calculated by following manufacturer technique. (dividing torque values to load values - a correction factor that I got from comparing 130% with 160% rows)
- KFZWOP and KFZWOP2 rescaled because I modified axis for KFMIOP
- KFMIRL untouched, this should limit me to 180% load meaning 1.1bar pressure, I would let it like this for safety and if everything goes well I could increase it later for extra power.
- an attempt for a soft limiter following s4wiki guide

I don't ask for free solution, I don't mind studying and taking it step by step, but I could really use an advice if it is okay to test this file or not, I do not want to blow the engine or something. I understand that gasoline cars are very fragile to afr, I come from tdi tuning and there if you run too rich you have smoke, if you run too lean you may lack power but not a big problem.
Attached is my OLS file
Thank you !

You should have started a new thread. Split

Also, you posted in the "rate my logs" section but did not actually post logs. Message moved.

In general, unless you removed or disabled the stock safety measures, it is safe to log.

If you did anything very wrong, the ECU will go in to limp.

That said, take it slow. Don't go WOT until you are sure your trims are ok idle/part

Thank you for moving my post. I continued reading in the meantime and prepared another file. Will log and see from there how it goes.

Hi,

First of all if somebody could change the topic name, I don't know how to edit Cheesy
Second of all, I am finally coming off to understanding some of the me7.5 strategy of operation.
I have edited the next maps :
LDRXN - max 170 = 1bar boost
LDRXNK - max is stock from 180, I would not increase this as the car has LPG installation and I see that on lpg it is limiting on values from this map.
LAMFA, LAMBTS - modified richer

So I went and try the car and log these changes, see what's happening. Problem is boost is dancing between 0.7bar and 1.2 bar.
From what I understand, I am running out of fuel ? because injection duty cycles go past 120%. So from the info I have, I'm thinking the lack of gas makes the ecu decrease boost in order for afr to remain right ?
My logs are unfortunately very slow, but overall I think the car needs extra fuel pump ?

Attaching OLS and modified bin.
