So, I've been taking it really easy on the motor and clutch til about the 1000mi mark (got a little over 1100 right now).  I've since been playing around with the tune more.  It's still on wastegate spring pressure (~15psi), with no N75 duty.  Julex has been a great help with this, as well as the tunes from Tony (NefMoto), BerTTo's, and Snowtrooper's BT tune. I've taken inspiration from all of them, and have used and tweaked parts from pretty much every one of them for this tune.

Anyway, here's where it stands, definitely a work in progress.  Here's logs of 4 runs; I'll post the AFR part of each run separately at first (since the primary fueling is what I'm focusing on right now), and the combined full graphs last.

RUN #1 - From low RPM

ALL RUNS - Complete graphs (forget about the boost from the Zeitronix sensor, I'm having software issues and can't calibrate it yet for altitude)







It leans out and starts to stray from desired around 6000RPM, so that will likely have to be fattened up using KFKHFM/KFLF. O2 readings are pretty high, and this was a freshly flashed tune, so I bet I'll see some LTFT's. I've got a pretty noticeable cam switchover notch just below 4k, but I'll try to deal with that later.

Very strange that your narrowband O2's are showing you run VERY rich, but your WB02 is showing you're in and around the 11's...

Are you sure your WB02 is properly calibrated?

The sensor is self-calibrating, and sits dead on 14.7 when at idle on all of my correct tune versions that ran well.

well IMO something isn't right with it.

your narrowbands follow the desired AFR curve more then the WB02... and the discrepancy between the NBO2 and WBO2 is far too large...

Well, with each successive pull, you can see the NBO2 voltages coming down closer to normal, and now that I have some miles on it, I suspect that the fuel trims, and whatever else gets 'accustomed' to the new tune, will now show the O2 voltages in the normal-ish range. I highly doubt it's the WBO2.  All of the wideband output has been correlating well with how the car is reacting (KV, lean 'feel', etc) so far.

Looks pretty good. I wouldn't pay much mind to narrowband O2 voltages out of their operating range. There's a reason they aren't used for closed loop fueling outside of stoich - they aren't accurate.

Strange thing is your target AFR enrichens up top, but IDC goes down. This seems to match the enleanment on the wideband.

Post your boost graphs. Curious to compare them to the load graphs.

Look at the last big set of graphs ("ALL GRAPHS"), that's got a complete set of all of the graphs (including boost), for all of the runs combined.

I was wondering how you like the HPX MAF Sensor compared to stock? My Hitachi sensor just died and I'm looking into other options before I just replace it (I may end up moving to a blow through set-up over the winter).

Basically just wondering which HPX sensor you're using, and how accurate it is at idle/part throttle with the 30 point transfer sheet.

For dual GT2860's you will need 2x 044 pumps on E85 with a surge tank...
1000cc injectors should be OK, barely.

Your car should make 550+ at the wheels on E85, and FATS should be way below 3 sec.
And bin the M-Box Wink

No, not at 16-18 psi. More like 30 psi Smiley
Needs more fuel though, so let's see how it goes after all the pump setup is fitted.

Idle-wise it runs like a charm (I literally have never had discernible misfires or anything). Part throttle is really good, when I had good KMIFRL, KFMIOP, etc maps. Julex is also running this sensor and he contributed to the MAF stuff. His optimum MLHFM don't fit mine exactly, as we have different intake setups (you can see in the logs that my car starts to go lean at around 6000RPM).  I'm running the SDR big open element filter, and he is running a different filter inside of the stock airbox.  I plan to optimize KFKHFM, KFLF, FKKVS once I make the switch to the K-box, because that is ECU file that I'm eventually going to stick with forever (also I'm not really worried about it until K-box because it's not going crazy lean and I don't have egregious knock, bad EGT's or anything. You'll want all of the data points you can get. Because our MLHFM table is 512 values, you'll have to find the values in between. Maybe Julex can chime in with how much/where he changed MLHFM curve from the supplied values on the (if he changed them at all). 

Also, you don't need to pay for the transfer fn.  The bottom of this first link says that you can use the SCT-5000 calibration for the HPX (same sensor), and the  SCT-5000 data is posted in this second link:
