carbon canister plug

Hi all
I have the carbon canister plug removed on my skoda octavia tour 1u2 AUM engine.
Eskonf modified
All works ok without any error from 1 year.
I understood from one of my friend and from some topics, if the carbon canister plug is removed is the same thing like NOLRA = 7 ( partial adaption disabled) but on my ecu is not like this, adaption works with my plug removed.
Any ideea?
