So long story short.. we have taken a bwa Engine from a mk5 gti and installed it in a Leon 2.0tfsi should be same Engine.

We are running it on the original Leon ecu. It runs totally fine on standard software. Once we map it it makes some boost cuts when boosting at around 5000rpm

We have tried to lower the overboost in case the mapsensor was over limited.

Has anyone seen a similar problem? We tried new maf sensor new map sensor and the exact Engine nothing changed was running perfect in the mk5

Here is the vcds log file.

I see a lot ignition timing retard, this will cause boost cut too. And what about lambda, is it fine? Or do you already run with +25% in this moment? Btw, better upload in english....

What was your previous engine code? Some sensors are different by each other.

Please give more specific informations about your engine and Ecu. Then I can give some ideas.

Best Regards

Previous Engine code was bwa. Ecu is med9.1 from the leon.

Make more logs (ignition angle, fuel, throttelplate.....) there is an other Problem!

Check fuel (LPFP, HPFP)!
