Ok, I want to make some changes on my x5 4.4i using your xdf file in tunerpro...
One of them is idle speed. I located idle vs coolant temp maps (one normal speed and one with AC ON I guess)
But I´m stuck with the f***** german names of the parameters and tables... I can´t find fuel or ignition table.
Do you know wich are them? I wish I had a megasquirt on that car like other car I own... hehehe  Grin.
Many thanks!

use google translate if you haven't
you can get a ballpark idea for which map name is what

I only google translated the few I needed to edit / play with

but that functionsramen gives a general overview concept of the maps english vs google translation

Be careful that XDF is EXTENSIVE it is the OLS turned into an XDF

Idle speed is gear dependent AFAIK (I edited the idle maps vs coolant speed in my 540i and it worked OK just use ultimo to checksum it)

TWNWS: (Time for camshaft target angle retard)
NMAX (Speed Limit)
NMXDAEF (Maximum speed at throttle actuator replacement operation)
NNSTA (Speed transition Normal -> Start)
NSTNM (Transition start -> normal)
KFFWNW (Correction factor for camshaft control)
DMTL Euro flag Located at offset - 11F19, in euro cars this is 0x00 instead of 0x32 or whatever your ROM has (Value)
DTWNWS (Time for camshaft target angle retard)
NMXDKPU (Maximum speed for safety fuel cut-off (SKA))
KRKTE (Conversion of relative fuel mass rk into effective injection time te)
PSAPES (Intake manifold pressure for application injection)
NMXSKA (Maximum speed at unknown throttle position -> Ev shutdown)
REDABM (Ev deactivation pattern for torque reduction)
NUEMAX (Engine overspeed limit)
KFWNLLK (Target angle for camshaft idling with cold engine)
KFNLLW (Target angle for camshaft idling with warm engine)
KFWNWK (Target angle for camshaft in the partial load with cold engine)
KFWNWW (Target angle for camshaft in the partial load with warm engine)
WNWVLN (Target angle for camshaft in full load)
WNWV (Target angle for camshaft dependent on vehicle speed)
ZWGRU Basic ignition angle
ZWKS  Ignition timing knock protection
ZWMIN  Calculation of maximum retarded spark limitation
ZWSTT  Igniton at start
