Iv already coded a new key for my 3BG Passat retrieving the IMMO code using Vagtacho.
What tool do i need to do the same for the Audi 8E ?

I was reading about the vageeppromprogramer1.9, does it really work on these clusters?

Many people on Audizine say is does work. There is a thread in the B6 section about swapping in colour DIS clusters where at least a dozen people use it successfully.

I wouldn't know. I used ME7eeprom to get my SKC because I was cloning my ECU at the same time...

If its rb4 it works but you have to be careful
