P.S: ECU is for illustration purposes only, this harness will be used on ME7.1 & 7.5 ECUs.

Looks good but you don't need 12v on pin 21 and no 6ohm resistor needed for the boot pin on 24.

Thank you for your answer.

According to image i attach 12V should power PINS: 3 ,21 & 62.
Also A resistor from my experience should be used, cause my ECU was broken after trying to ground it without resistor. A 6k Ohm would be ok?

A 6k Ohm would be ok?

Better to stay < 1k or you might not pull-down effectively.

Changes:

Switch is connected to pin 3 in order to simulate ignition key.
Pin 62 is continuous powered with 12+V.

Pin 21 is not used.

I test 6k Ohm and 10K Ohm resistor and boot mode was enabled without problem.
