You cant change this things on the ECU.
Your fan start temperature is controlled by this switch https://www.ecstuning.com/b-genuine-volkswagen-audi-parts/radiator-fan-switch-95-102c/1j0959481a/.
It is located on the radiator. Is has 2 stages, the first activated on 95C and the second on 102C. The first stage turns on the fans on about half speed, and the second stage on full speed.

Correct my file is 1024kb.
I know my temperature sensor but i belived the start temeprature for fans is defined in the ecu file.
Many thanks.

It is an ME 7.5 I am pretty sure its ECU/AC relay activated. The connector for the aux fan runs directly to the ECU, near the power steering reservoir in longitudinal applications.

My question was if i can modify start value for fans directly in ecu file (map or scalar value)!
Thanks again

I believe the ME 7.1.1 had maps to start/stop the cooling fan,

I believe the ME 7.1.1 had maps to start/stop the cooling fan,

ME7.1.1 in the 2.7t (at least) does not have control over the fans, IIRC.

Electric fans entirely controlled by the fan control module.

Viscous fan clutch controlled by mechanical thermostat

I could be wrong.

Lets assume the ECU controls the fans start temperatures.

Why when the thermostat stucks in close position (happend to me once), no water flows, water start rising the temp, the coolant temp sensor reads temps high as 125 ÂșC, and no fan starts?

Thats because with no water flow, no hot water comes in contact with the temperature switch located in the radiator. This thermo-switch located in the radiator, that has 2 temperatures stages, that controls the fans on/off.
