Hi Guys.

I'm trying to do a ECU swap on a VW lupo. I have a used ECU that supposedly is programmed for cruise control, but my problem is that the Immo is still on. I tried to swap them, but the engine goes out immediately and vcds says blocked by immobilizer...

So I figured that I would swap the file to my original ECU, but i can't read the programmed ECU. I can read my original with my MPPS without trouble..

Could the Immo block me ? Or is it possilble that someone locked the ECU so I can't read their map ?

Can anyone help me with this? Maybe I'm going the wrong direction with this and instead I should swap Immo ?

Attached is my original file..

It seems your immo blocks you. You can try to adapt your keys via vcds or you can read the eeprom data from your old ecu and write it to your new ecu or you can immo off your new ecu. What you posted is your flash data, there is no immo data in it.
