 Huh I revise my own personal tune for my 07 2.0T FSI Audi every so often and I finally got to thinking about this.. When I built the definition for my file I was able to find 5 LDRXN maps.. I've always left the other 4 alone and just modified the first one "LDRXN" but then I got to thinking.. is this possibly like boost based on gear? or is it just one of those "whichever map has a greater value" like in the case of KFMIRL and LAMFA?...

Should I just leave the others alone and stick with LDRXN only or is there something to this whole 5 x LDRXN maps? lol

So leave them and only alter LDRXN? I also notice they are all slightly different.. Is only LDRXN used? I apologize I feel like I should know this but I'm lost when you say there for coding variance.. What does that exactly mean

Ok, so if I understand correctly, LDRXN is the only map used for optimal load filling other than when knock is detected, then LDRXNZK is used until knock has subsided? And basically by coding variants, your saying that the other LDRXN maps are simply sort of like presets in a way, which the manufacturer will assign to the primary LDRXN map however they see fit?

You can code your ecu with vcds for example.

fwd, awd, europe, north america, what else

fwd is ldrxn, awd is ldrxn2 maybe and so on.

tune every ldrxn like the first one and you are safe or tune only one and log the car to see which one affects which
