So I've been at this all day and night yesterday and I had one code left I was sure it was it but unforntunatly not. Handing over the flag!
My 95040 will be in the attachments below

Forgot to mention the main code I got from hex codes E5 0A flipped to 0A E5 which is 2789 I inputted 02789 in the VCDS - Engine - Login but no go Sad

Okay so 02789 is the code for my stock ecu but now I sourced out the code for the Apr stage 2 Ecu and got '937' only 3 digits, I can't input just 4 digits ex.. 0937 so I'm at a lost now

95040.bin of secound ecu will be provided, hex code is A9 03 flipped 03 A9 = 937?

So my question is what do I do when the SKC is a 3 Digit code ?
