I have a Audi A3 3.2 DSG quattro (2004)
DSG is dq250
Hardware version c30

I paid a tune and wanted the LC raised to 4000-4500 for drag purpose and after 4 months my tuner is saying that it's not posible on my dsg

If I press the accelerator until kick down the lc goes to 4000 but if i press the pedal to the end and the kick down switch get pressed the lc goes to 3000

And the second question
What tool and software do I need to read the map out and to flash it back again?

Thanks

Maybe your tuner forgot to tune the last value of the lc maps. If that is wrong it is easy to fix yourself.
There are several other lc limiters in a cxx gearbox as well. Not only the 2 mains ones.

This is a diy forum so If you define your software version you can find them for sure yourself... most of them include the word launch in the description...
Use the search button and you will find a very big thread about dq250.
